How do I purchase individual clips, one at a time?

Simply find the video clip that you are looking for by using the search functions of the website and choose the 'Add To Cart' button and then continue with the checkout and payment. Then download the clip. Each clip is only $19 USD, and includes 3 resolutions (720p/1080p/4K).

No membership is required to purchase one clip at a time from our ENTIRE LIBRARY of STUDIO QUALITY footage.

Once you purchase and download a clip, you can use that clip forever for as many end projects as you wish, royalty-free.

Purchases are for 1 individual user and the original stock media files cannot be shared with others.

 

How does the Annual Membership work?

Once you purchase the Annual Membership for $99 USD via the website, you are able to download an unlimited number of video clips. You may choose from our ENTIRE LIBRARY of STUDIO QUALITY footage (which come in all 3 resolutions: 4k/1080p/720p) when using your Annual Membership Plan for downloading clips.

Once you purchase and download a clip, you can use that clip forever for as many end projects as you wish, royalty-free. Downloads are for 1 individual user and the original stock media cannot be shared with others nor resold.

What if I want to cancel my Annual Membership?

If you want to cancel your Annual Membership Plan, you may cancel it by using the 'Cancel my Annual Membership Plan' in your 'My Account' section of the website while you are logged in.

No refunds. Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Following a cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the download service via the Annual Membership plan to the end of your current billing period.

 

How often does B-Roll Cinema add new content?

We add new content to our library about once a month. We try and look at the most popular search terms

and produce footage to fill those requests.

TECHNICAL ISSUES

 

I can't find my downloaded media files on my computer. Where are they?

Downloads typically go to a download folder determined by your browser. Check your download folder or try searching your computer by the file or video clip name and/or the clip ID number.

 

Why do I have video playback issues on my computer?

On some machines, while playing back 4K clips, there is a possibility that the video may playback as entirely black frames in QuickTime and Windows Media Player and/or appear to be corrupt in the VLC video player application. These and some other applications may not be able to handle the media files for 4K video clips properly.

Please note that these files should play back correctly and be usable in professional grade applications such as Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro.

Due to the fact that we are a small startup with a limited budget, unfortunately, we cannot help you with any questions regarding editing programs.
